Ademola Lookman’s lone strike was enough to hand Fulham all three points against Sheffield United at the Craven Cottage on Saturday.
The on-loan star from German Bundesliga side RB Leipzig scored the only goal of the match in the 61st minute to help Scott Parker’s side move to within three points from the drop zone.
Lookman was released by Joachim Andersen’s long pass, he then skipped past Ethan Ampadu before firing a low drive into the back of the net.
The goal was his second at the Craven Cottage since December and four goals in 22 appearances for the in the premier league this season.
He has now been directly involved in more Premier League goals than any other Fulham player this season (four goals and three assists).
Meanwhile, his compatriots, Josh Maja, Ola Aina, and Tosin Adarabioyo all started the game and gave a good account of themselves.
Fulham now travels to fellow relegation battles Crystal Palace next Sunday for another London derby.
