Nigerian forward Chuba Akpom was on target for his Greek side Paok Thessaloniki in the Cup game with OFI Crete on Tuesday.
The Arsenal academy graduate featured for the entire duration of the game and scored his side third and final goal in the 63d minutes.
Dimitrios Limnios opened the scoring for Paok in the 24th minutes, before Diego Biseswar added the second late in the first half.
The victory was a big relieve for Paok Thessaloniki after their derby loss to rivals Aris Thessaloniki in the league last weekend.
