Aruna Quadri has been knocked out of the 2019 Seamaster 2019 ITTF World Tour Hang Seng Hong Kong Open after falling to Japanese Tomokazu Harimoto in straight sets on Friday.
The African number one was outclassed by Tomokazu Harimoto who’s the seeded no.2 seed in the competition.
The Japanese ended the adventures of Quadri Aruna who was seeded number 15 for the championship with an 11-7, 11-8, 11-9, 11-8 win.
Aruna will leave the tournament with his head high after defeating 2018 Czech Republic Open champion China’s Zheng Peifeng with a 12-10, 11-9, 9-11, 11-5, 5-11, 10-12, 11-5 in the previous round.
