Dele Ajiboye is elated to be involved with Plateau United after being left out of first fifteen league matches and two CAF champions league games.
Ajiboye made his first appearance for Plateau United in the current campaign in their 3-1 win against Sunshine Stars last Wednesday.
The Veteran goalkeeper was also selected to be in goal in the 1-0 defeat to Dakkada FC in Uyo last Monday.
In a chat with brila.net, Ajiboye said he’s happy to be involved with the team again after a while.
“ I’m so happy to be playing again, it has been difficult not to be involved in matches, because no footballer is happy when he’s not playing.
“I pray to God that to continue helping me to get more opportunities because this is what I’m born to do.”
On Plateau United’s narrow defeat to Dakkada, Ajiboye opined that they have to get back to winning ways as soon as possible.
“Getting back to winning ways is the target, we don’t have any other options and we will go and prepare for the next games,” He concluded.
