Eguavoen drops two players from Super Eagles squad

Coach Augustine Eguaveon has dropped two players from the Super Eagles squad preparing for the friendly match against Mexico.

Reports from the camp of the team has it that the duo of Ifeanyi Anaemena of Rivers United and Christopher Nwaeze of Kwara United are the player dropped by the Coach.

The defenders have been training with the team since Tuesday, and the reason they were dropped from the squad is still unknown.

Meanwhile Abia Warriors defender  Adeleke Adekunle and Enyimba duo of Anayo Iwuala and John Noble have joined the team in Abuja.

The trio teamed up with the squad this morning in Abuja and they are expected to make Coach Eguaveon’s final squad for the game.

Nigeria will play Mexico in international friendly game on July 3 in United States of America.
