Enyimba’s new Super Eagles goalkeeper, Theophilus Afelokhai has revealed his readiness to show that his call-up to the National team was well deserved.
Afelokhai who was among the early bird’s to report to camp ahead of the crucial South Africa vs Nigeria tie after arriving at the Asaba on Monday evening.
The Enyimba Goalie noted that he will not let this moment pass him by, even as he’s ready to justify his inclusion to the National team.
Afelokhai was invited as a direct replacement for injured Number 1, Francis Uzoho who was ruled out of the encounters with South Africa and Uganda due to injury.
On November 17, the Super Eagles play their crucial African Cup of Nations qualifiers against South Africa away at the FNB Stadium before hosting Uganda in a friendly billed for the Stephen Keshi Stadium, three days later.
