Former Super Eagles player Justice Christopher has come in defense of coach Genort Rohr following the unimpressive results from the two International friendlies played in Austria.
In a chat with brila.net, Christopher stated that Rohr has done well by qualifying the Senior national team to several competitions (the Nations Cup and the World Cup) earlier in his Super Eagles tenure.
’’So far for me, I think he has done well qualifying the Super Eagles team to major competitions, and I don’t think he should be judged by two friendly matches coming out of a pandemic season.’’
‘‘We should give him a little bit of time by getting more of the new players, it is not as easy as we think,” he said.
