President of the Handball Federation of Nigeria Sam Ocheo has stated that the Federation is set to commence camping and preparation for the fast approaching Africa Handball cup of nations slated for January 2020 in Tunisia.
Ocheo speaking in a chat with brila.net confirmed the invitation of 25 players for the camping and said camping opens on Sunday 1st December 2019.
He also added that the team will be adequately prepared although stressed that the quality of preparation will be based on how much fund the Federation is able to access.
“Players have been invited for the Africa nations cup that is holding in January in Tunisia. We have 25 players invited to camp, 7 professionals and the rest locally based.
“The camp start on December 1st here in Lagos and we hope that all players will arrive on Sunday. Only the professionals will arrive at later stage.”
