Junior Lokosa’s invitation for Nigeria’s world cup preparation is good for Nigeria football, NFF General Secretary Mohammed Sanusi has said.
Lokosa is one of three NPFL based players alongside Ikechukwu Ezenwa and Dele Ajiboye.
Currently, Lokosa is the NPFL’s top scorer with 18 goals from 22 league appearances for Pillars and he also earned himself a debut national team call-up as a result.
“I’m happy because the Coach observed and identified the effort the player has put in this season.
“When you are in top form and your effort is recognized, it is good. And this invitation is good for Nigeria football,” Sanusi told Brila.net.
