Rivers United and Plateau United will lock horns for their rescheduled NPFL match at the new Jos stadium this Wednesday.
Both team are currently underperforming with PlateauUnited placed 16th, while Rivers United slipped to 8th, despite topping the table four different round of matches.
Both are also going into the match with just two wins each from last six matches but a decent result for any of the will restore confidence.
While Rivers United will be without the suspended duo of Ifeanyi Anaemena ( defender) and Theophilus Afelokhai ( goalkeeper), Plateau United are boosted with the availability of Oche Ochowechi, Gabriel Wassa, Andrew Ikefe, Ibrahim Mustapha and Daniel Itodo.
Plateau United have lost one game at home this season (0-2 against Kwara United) and Rivers United have only won once, away from home this term (1-0 against Abia Warriors).
Both side have met eight (8) time in the League with three victories each, while the other two (2) games ended in a draw.
