Patrice Evra has certainly made his presence felt on social media lately.
His selfies, his songs, strange quips about former players, becoming mates with a pandas and chimps and Evra’s general vibrancy in front of the camera has kept the punters entertained.
His latest exploit, however, is bizarre even by the standards of the Frenchman- who is turning into quite the cult figure on Instagram.
Evra captioned the video on his Instagram account: ‘Good night everyone. Look carefully how quickly I stand up while he stop drinking his milk I was so scared.
‘I love this game ahahahah talking to lion too now… when he stops drinking I said “now it’s my turn”.’
Game? That is certainly not a game, Patrice. And who can blame him for getting the shakes after feeding time?
Although Evra was scared leaving the lion, no harm was done. And many Marseille fans will be relieved by that.
Especially as they face a crunch match against Bordeaux on Sunday, who sit just a place behind them in Ligue 1.
