Coach of Nigeria Professional Football League side Ibrahim Musa has stated that the Kano-based Premier league side is excited with the capture of Nigeria’s Super Eagles captain and club former player Ahmed Musa for the remainder of the 2020/2021 league season.
Musa speaking in a chat with brila.net stressed that the Sai Masugida have with the signing of Ahmed Musa caught a ‘Big Fish’ and made a strong statement in the league.
He added that the signing will attract followers to the club and also help motivate other players in the league and others who wants to emulate his steps.
“He’s my player, we signed him when I was assistant to Babaganaru, he’s my boy and I’m happy we don catch big fish for Pillars and he’s very grateful to me, to the team and the people of Kano so we are happy. It will give us more motivation by attracting the people of Nigeria and motivating the players that want to be like him. He’s my boy I have a good understanding with him, so coming to Pillars to help us, I’m very happy.”
