Rivers United attacker Godwin Aguda has admitted the team have a big task ahead as the CAF Confederation Cup fixtures against Bloemfontein Celtic.
Aguda said Rivers United is motivated to go all out for a positive result, despite playing away from home.
“We have a big task ahead of us but I believe we are ready for the game,” the Attacker told brila.net.
“From the first day we qualify for the next phase, we already know our opponents.”
“We are aware of the expectations and we will make sure that we cross this stage and make Nigeria proud.”
Aguda scored in both legs of the first round qualifying matches against Futuro Kings and is eyeing more goals as the club chases a spot in the competition proper.
“I go into every game that I will score, I hope to carry on with run and hopefully my goals will help the team.” He told brila.net
Wednesday’s encounter is due to hold at the Dr. Petrus Molemela Stadium in Bloemfontein.
