Super Eagles coach Gernot Rohr has admitted been faced with a selection dilemma ahead of the fast-approaching Africa cup of nations in Egypt because most of the players invited to camp have all been given their best playing so well in the training sessions so far.
Rohr said in a chat gathered by www.brila.net that the players have been given their best but for the duo of Leon Balogun and Ikechukwu Ezenwa who trained separately on Wednesday evening’s training session with 23 of the 25 players. He added however that he believes the injuries won’t be anything serious to consider.
“It will be very difficult for me and my staff to chose the 23 players because everybody is playing so well.
“Yes, he has a little injury on the foot nothing important the blisters so he has to run only to be careful, we don’t have any injuries perhaps a little injury for Ezenwa in the training session but I hope it’s nothing important. Everybody is fit.”
Super Eagles as at Wednesday evening’s training session had 23 of the invited 25 players trained and awaits the arrival of Odion Ighalo and William Troost Ekong.
