Man of the Match award winner in the third-place clash between Nigeria and Tunisia, William Troost Ekong had expressed satisfaction with the Super Eagles run at the ongoing African Cup of Nations in Egypt.
Speaking to brila.net correspondent in Cairo after the game yesterday, Troost stated, they will make do of the bronze medal since the finals was not possible to achieve but they are satisfied and happy with it.
”I think I have a good tournament and am happy with the team as well, we had an unlucky moment in the game against Algeria but, that’s football, the game against South Africa I scored the winning goal, you have to take your opponent together and try to do that at the same time ”.
The Udinese defender also hinted that he will be going on holidays after the tournament.
