John Ogu scored with just 12 minutes on the clock before Striker, Anthony Nwakaeme netted a brace as Hapoel Be’er Sheva secured a 3-2 win away to Honved and 5-3 aggregate victory to advance into the UEFA Champions League third qualifying round.

Ogu’s goal came from a rebound inside the box before Nwakaeme curled home from the edge of the box four minutes later.

On the stroke of half time, the home side reduced the deficit from the penalty spot.

In the second half, the host scored again on the 73rd team to level up but the aggregate scoreline stood at 4-3 with Hapoel still favorites to advance.
