Victor Moses completes a phenomenal story as he returns to Chelsea and helps the club win the 2016/17 Premier League title following a 1-0 victory against West Brom at the Hawthorns on Friday.
Moses became a first choice wing back under new Manager, Antonio Conte after loan spells at Liverpool, Stoke City and West Ham United.
On the night, the 26-year-old Moses was in the thick of the action for 85 minutes against the Baggies and came close to breaking the deadlock in the 53rd minute, but for a reflex save from Ben Foster.
Chelsea sealed the title through a late Michy Batshuayi strike on the 83rd minute.
The Blues picked three further points (87) to move 10 points clear of second placed Tottenham Hotspur (77) with only two games left to play.
