On Friday, Nigeria play their biggest European opponents since 2014 when the Super Eagles lost to France in the round of 16 at the world cup, but ahead of the game against Poland in Wroclaw, the players took time off to entertain the Polish fans – Shaku Shaku style.
Super Eagles midfield duo, Onazi Ogenyi and John Ogu in company of some of their teammates took to the Radisson Blu lobby and tried their piano and dance skills.
With Onazi, Super Eagles assistant captain on the piano, Ogu elected to show his dance moves – the latest street sensation Shaku Shaku popularized by hip hop act Olamide.
The hilarious twist to the performance was the cross over from gospel. What was intended to a gospel rendition, ended up a blend. Shaku Shaku for Jesus.
