President of the cricket federation of Nigeria Emeka Onyeama has revealed to Brila.net that the federation is trying to convince the expatriate community in the country to come join the cricket national team.
He said this became necessary in other to make the senior national team strong and also to make other nationals who have stayed in the country for long to have a sense of belonging that Nigeria is their second home.
Pakistani and Indian nationals are always seen watching the national team whenever they are in camp preparing for a major tournament yet fail to express interest in joining the various teams.
