A Bafana Bafana contingent of 25 players and 12 officials will arrive Lagos on Wednesday ahead this weekend’s 2019 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier according to SAFA head of Communications, Dominic Chimhavi.
Chimhavi also disclosed that the beleaguered squad had every player participate in Tuesday’s training session.
Bafana Coach Stuart Baxter listed 25 players for the qualifiers, but has been in a fix with as many as seven key players nursing varying degree of injuries.

But, in an exclusive chat with brila.net, Chimhavi debunked stories of “major injuries”. He said there were no such concerns on Tuesday and all 25 players will arrive Nigeria on Wednesday.
The South African contingent is expected to touch down in Lagos, where they’ll spend the night before heading out to Uyo.
