The general manager of NNL side 3SC, Rasheed Balogun has stated that his side will have no excuse not to ensure their return to the top flight this season ahead of tomorrow’s return of the NNL where they will be competing for one of the four available tickets to play in the NPFL.

Balogun told www.brila.net that having gotten so close to securing promotion last season, all they need to do now is to consolidate on last season’s performance.
“We need their prayers, their supports and by the special grace of God, we will deliver and make the supporters proud. There would be no excuse this season if we don’t get the promotion.”
Shooting stars get their promotion campaign bid underway tomorrow when they play host to Abia Comet at the Lekan Salami stadium Ibadan.
