Mark Zuckerberg, CEO of Meta, participated in his first-ever Jiu-Jitsu competition and won two medals.

The UFC featherweight champion Alex Volkanovski is a close buddy of the social media mogul, who is a well-known MMA and combat sports lover.

Zuckerberg, the creator of Facebook, faced battle against UFC champion Alexander Volkanovski only a few months ago, but the two didn’t just spar in a filthy, outdated MMA facility. The fight took place in the Metaverse, not in real life.

Volkanovski and Zuckerberg may be seen in the video wearing the outfits that resemble ping pong balls and are typically employed for computer-generated visuals in Hollywood productions.

He had been practising for some time and decided to put it to use, looking really spectacular. Of course, he announced his victory on social media.

“Competed in my first Jiu-Jitsu tournament and won some medals for the Guerrilla Jiu-Jitsu team,” Zuckerberg said on his own Facebook page.

He continued by thanking his coaches and trainers for their dedication to getting him in fighting shape.

“Thanks to Dave Camarillo, Khai Wu, and James Terry for training me,” he said.
