Newly signed Rivers united goalkeeper Theophilus Afelokhai has stated that the Port Harcourt based side will henceforth be a constant feature in the CAF inter-club competitions.
The former Enyimba and Kano pillars goalkeeper said the quality of acquisition made by Rivers united this time is enough to instill such a level of confidence on the ability of the team to be a regular side on the continent.
“This time around that players like me are here, that means every year we will be playing continental. Players like me and other great players joining the club that means every year we will be playing continental at Rivers united.”
