President of the Nigeria women football league, Aisha Falode has heaped praises on the Super Falcons Goalkeeper Chiamaka Nnadozie for her good performance in the ongoing World Cup in France.
The 18-year-old goalkeeper was between the sticks when Falcons gave a complete performance against the French side but lost to a controversial penalty awarded to the hosts by the referee in the 79th minutes.
French penalty taker Wendy Renard had missed the initial penalty before the referee called for a retake after Falcons goalkeeper Nnadozie was adjudged to have come off her line, a decision Oliseh doubted.
Speaking to brila.net, Falode said Amaka emerged the heroine among of them all due to her heroic performance.
The football administrator stressed the fact that Nnadozie did not concede a goal on a debut even at a young age of 18.
