Midfielder, Rasheedat Ajibade was once again at the heart of Atlético Madrid’s attacking play, providing a key assist in their 2-2 draw away to Levante UD in the Spanish Liga F.

The encounter at Ciudad Deportiva de Buñol began brightly for the visitors, with Fiamma Iannuzzi putting Atlético ahead in the 23rd minute.

Just five minutes later, Ajibade delivered a sharp assist to Ana Vitória, doubling the lead and giving Atlético early control of the match.

However, Levante clawed their way back, with Ivonne Chacón pulling one back in the 42nd minute before Ángela Sosa converted a 75th-minute penalty to bring the game level.

Ajibade was substituted in the 82nd minute for Norwegian forward Synne Jensen.

Ajibade’s Season So Far

With six goals and three assists in Liga F this season, the 24-year-old Super Falcons star continues to deliver consistently for the Madrid-based club.

Table Standings & Next Fixture

The draw leaves Atlético Madrid third in Liga F with 49 points from 27 games, intensifying the chase for Champions League qualification.

Their next test comes in the form of a tough away fixture against Athletic Bilbao on May 4, 2025, where Ajibade will look to add to her goal contributions.
