Super Eagles new boy, Kevin Akpoguma returned to action for his club Hoffenheim in their Bundesliga clash with VFL Stuttgart on Saturday.
Akpoguma played from start to finish as Hoffenheim played out a 3 – 3 draw with their guests.
Hoffenheim broke the deadlock in the 16th minutes Tha ka to strike from Christoph Baumgartner but later fell behind as Stuttgart responded with two great goals from Nicolas Gonzalez and Silas Wamangituka Fundu.
Hoffenheim however got an equalizer through on loan start, Ryan Sessegnon before the end of the first half.
After the break, Hoffenheim went into front for the second time in the game after Croatia forward Andrej Kramaric scored from the penalty spot in the 76th minutes.
Stuttgart however failed to be defeated as they finally land a big blow to Akpoguma and his teammates with a last-minute equalizer.
Akpoguma has also played the last three matches for the Super Eagles of Nigeria.
