From second round of NPFL, Akwa United will play their home matches on the training pitch of the Nest of Champions, Uyo
This is because the main bowl of the Godswill Akpabio stadium will be hosting most of Super eagles games. So the turf will have to be maintained and well nurtured.
The super Eagles resume camp on May 23 ahead of both AFCON 2019 and Russia 2018 qualifiers.
