Former Super Eagles team assistant coach Daniel Amokachi has made a bold declaration that Nigeria will be the first African Country to reach the World Cup final.
In the past five appearances the Super Eagles have failed to progress beyond the second round.
But, Amokachi who played at two world cups, in an interview with Brila Media insists Africa will raise the bar at the tournament in Russia.
The Ex Eagles forward even goes further to predict Nigeria is capable of winning.
Previously, African teams like Cameroon, Senegal and Ghana have reached the quarter-final of Football’s most prestigious tournament, but none have progressed any further.
