Stanley Amuzie has revealed he is likely to join Belgian side Lugano on a season-long loan deal from Serie A side Sampdoria.
Amuzie, 21, who was among Nigeria’s 35-man provisional squad for the 2016 Olympics signed a three-year deal with Sampdoria last year.
The Former Olhanense player did not feature for Sampdoria’s first team last season after he rejoined the club after the Olympics.
According to Completesportnigeria.com, Amuzie said: “I have two offers I’m considering at the moment but the one from Lugano looks almost certain for me,”
He will have the opportunity to feature in the UEFA Europa League, since FC Lugano finished third in the Swiss Super League last season.
