Anambra FA: Senator Ifeanyi Ubah breaks silence

The Senator representing Anambra South Senatorial District in the Nigerian senate and Chairman of FC IfeanyiUbah, Dr Ifeanyi Ubah has spoken for the first time since the Anambra FA crisis started.

In his address to journalists in Abuja for the first time since the furore that followed his reelection on August 2, 2020, the oil magnate said he remains the biggest private investor in the country building the first individually CAF recognized stadium in the whole of Africa while running the only privately owned surviving club in the country and solely sponsoring the Anambra FA.
’’I am the only FA Chairman in Nigeria that has taken its members to the UK, football activities to the world cup, to the nations cup in Egypt and has been doing everything maintaining a Premiership club side for the past five years.”

Dr Ifeanyi Ubah also stated that he is a member of CAF and he’s worried about why some group of people wants to humiliate him.
