Super Eagles midfielder Joe Aribo was on target as Scottish premier league leaders Rangers thrashed Ross County 5-0 at Ibrox on Saturday.
Aribo scored the goal in the 37th minutes of the match to make it 3-0 for the Gers, after Ryan Kent and Filip Helander put them two goals up.
The Nigerian put the league leaders out of sight with a brilliantly executed goal. Collecting the ball in the far corner, he skipped past Charlie Lakin then Connor Randall before driving back into the box and whipping home with a sublime finish.
It was Aribo’s fifth strike of the season for Rangers who were celebrating Steven Gerrard’s 150th game in charge.
Apart from Aribo, Ryan Jack and Connor Goldson all found the back for the net as Rangers opened 23 points clear of Celtic in second place.
