Nigeria and Africa’s top table tennis player Quadri Aruna has expressed delight and pride after a highly productive outing at the world table tennis championships in Houston Texas as well as the world’s top 16 championships in Singapore with the Nigerian becoming the first African to reach the last eight of both competitions.
Aruna speaking in a chat gathered by brila.net stressed that he is happy to have achieved such a feat while he will continue to work hard as a player.
He also revealed that the progress recorded means a lot to him and that will spur him and others certainly to do more from Africa.
