Super Eagles forward, Sunday Faleye has been ruled out of playing any further part in the African Nations Championship following an injury sustained against Angola.
Faleye fell awkwardly on his arm, twisting it in the process as Nigeria chased an equalizer.
Although he continued play with a bandage strapped arm, he would later be subbed off.
As per SCORENigeria, the player himself has confirmed he’ll be out for four weeks.
“I have been ruled out of the rest of the tournament because of my injury.
“The doctor said I will be out for a month,” Faleye said.
This means the youngster will miss the semi-final match against Sudan on 31 January in Marrakech – He had played every game at the championship.
