Bayelsa Queens sealed their spot in the final of the NWFL Super 4 following a 1-0 victory over Sunshine Queens but Bayelsa Queens Technical Adviser Moses Aduku said his team didn’t play well enough despite the win.
Bayelsa held on for the majority of the second half defending Reuben Charity’s 44th-minute strike after Anibaba Ayomide was shown a second yellow card.
Speaking after the match Aduku told brila.net that they were lucky against “a very improved” opponent, but expressed confidence the team will improve and give a better performance in the final.
