A Big Team deserves Respect, Rivers United is Big Team – Obuh

Kwara United Coach, John Obuh may be on a novel football philosophy, but his outlook will surely divide the game and perhaps even his own team.

On Sunday, the Afonja Warriors host Rivers United in Ilorin but Obuh has suggested though they won’t roll over – they’ll show the visitors every respect they deserve on the pitch.

Ahead of the matchday 10 fixture, Obuh told www.riversunitedfc.com.ng that, “In the NPFL, there are certain teams you have to show respect to and Rivers United is one of such teams.

“Rivers United is a big team; they are bigger than us in every aspect but we will do our best.”
