Manu Garba led Nigeria’s U17 boys to World Cup victory in 2013 and is in charge of building another world beaters, as the Country prepares for the 2019 World Cup in Brazil.
However, with a month before the kick off of the tournament, Garba insists he doesn’t have a team yet.
Speaking with www.brila.net’s Mo Saliu, the Eaglets Head Coach said he couldn’t pick 50 outstanding performers from the score in the Abuja camp.
“I’m not hindered percent satisfied, but i can say, we are supposed to submit a list of fifty players for provisional registration, that’s why you can see that, we have about fifty-five to sixty players on ground.
“So, out of those numbers we are supposed to submit a list of fifty players for provisional registration that should be on or before 26th of September; before the final 21, ten days before the first match.” He concluded.
