Santos, who is the number one choice goalkeeper, could now be in goal for Brazil in the game against Nigeria.
The Seleção Sub-20 are second in the group and will take on Nigeria in their final group game at the Estadio Unico Diego Maradona in La Plata on Saturday.
Brazil must win the game to avoid early elimination from the
