Brown Ebewele Win Coaches Over, to Sit in New AFN Board

Track and Field coaches across Nigeria this afternoon conducted an election to produce their representative in the incoming board of the Athletics Federation of Nigeria (AFN).

The polls held at the Conference Hall of the National Stadium, Package ‘A’ Abuja. At the end, Brown Ebewele (Juju Man) won the votes to represent coaches in the new AFN board.
Henry Amike, Samuel Fatunla, Solomon Aliyu, Femi Emmanuel and coach Gad were the other candidates.

Following manifestos, two candidates dropped out, four candidates contested the elections where 67 votes were cast.
Ebewele got 31 votes, Fatunla had 8 votes, Femi has 9 and Amike polled 19 votes.
