Work on Nigeria’s first Canoe and Kayak building center has begun with several Nigerians getting first-hand training from experts hired by the Nigeria Sailing, Rowing and Canoeing Federation.
Secretary-General of the Federation Olubunmi Oluode Ola told www.brila.net that “They [Team NELO] just came in, they are training and building few of our boys on how to do it.
They’ll stay for nine days and then return in 3 months time to see how well the boys are catching on.”
