Nigerian winger Samuel Chukuweze scored and assisted another in Villarreal’s 3-0 away win against Girona on Wednesday.
Samuel Chukwueze broke his scoring duck as he comes off the bench at the Estadi Municipal de Montilivi on Wednesday night.
Chukuweze replaced Javi Ontiveros in the 52nd minute and scored his side’s third goal of the game.
Argentine defender Ramiro Funes Mori put Villarreal ahead in the 24th minute, before former Arsenal man Santi Carzola scored the second in the 70th minute.
Meanwhile In another Copa de Rey game ,Super Eagles midfielder Ramon Azeez also star for his club Granada as they record 3-1 win against Badalona.
Azeez came on as second half substitute for Roberto Soldado in the 56th minute.
