Former skipper of Congo Democratic Republic national team Lomana Lualua has hailed the performance of African teams so far at the ongoing FIFA world cup in Qatar after two teams Senegal and Morocco guaranteed spots for Africa at the round of 16 with opportunity to have more in the knockout round of the competition.
Lualua speaking in a chat with brila.net stressed that the performance of African representatives so far have been very commendable and hopes Cameroon and Ghana can follow suit while acknowledging Tunisia’s run and famous win over World Champions France despite failing to qualify but with a respectable one win, one draw and a loss for the Carthage Eagles of Tunisia.
