Nasarawa Amazon boss Christopher Danjuma has expressed delight in the fresh opportunities for his side to remedy the slow start to the women Premier league season as games return today after a month of the break to check Covid-19 test compliance in the league.
Danjuma speaking in a chat with brila.net stressed that his team is ready and will be back to where they truly belong as they attempt to change things starting from today’s tie in Benin against Edo Queens.
He added that the one-month break has helped to further restrategize as a team in the Nigeria Women Football League.
“My team is absolutely ready Covid test done, everything has been put in place to make sure that we come back on a very strong note. Of course, we started on a slow note and the one month of break has really helped us to restrategize and come back stronger than we were before”.
