Goalkeeper Dele Alampasu has revealed he will force a move from Portuguese Primeira Liga side, CD Feirense in the summer for more game time.
Alampasu joined Feirense in 2016, is the third choice goalie, but, so far this season has not made any appearance for the first team.
In a chat with Brila.net the Nigeria International disclosed the club blocked a move in January, but he’s keen to get game time and will hand in a transfer request at the end of the season.
‘The journey has not been easy in Feirense. I just have to keep working because there are other senior players ahead of me. People back home don’t see these things; most just jump to conclusion.’
The 2013 U17 golden glove winner was on loan to Cesarense in the lower division last season and he insists the game time helped his game.
‘Hopefully, I’ll move on loan in the Summer; the club stopped a move in January, but I need game time like last season. The experience I’ve gathered in the Primeira Liga has been massive for me,’ he explained.
