Super Falcons Head Coach, Thomas Dennerby is considering building a mix of home and foreign players for Nigeria’s defence of the African Women’s Cup of Nations in November.
Dennerby, who has worked with a both set of players in the WAFU Women’s championship and the international friendly against France, believes that it could the key to building a formidable team.
Nigeria is seeking a 9th continental championship and while the Country is still considered huge favorites for the AWCON title, the Swedish tactician told Brila FM he wants to focus on building team cohesion rather than relying on individual talents of the players.
