Emmanuel Dennis says he’s focused on helping the Super Eagles beat the Black Stars and qualify for the FIFA World Cup.
Dennis missed the African Cup of Nations in Cameroon, but returned to the squad following a meeting with the Nigerian FA boss Amaju Pinnick and head coach Austin Eguavoen.
The player finally arrived the camp on Tuesday and trainee with his compatriots ahead of the first leg on Friday.
Speaking ahead of the game, Dennis stated that, he’s solely focused on Ghana’s game and nothing more.
“Happy to be back, always an honour to represent my country ,Total focus for the World Cup qualifiers”. He said .
The 23-year-old Watford frontman will compete with Odion Ighalo, Victor Osimhen, Sadiq Umar and Ademola Lookman for a place in the starting eleven.
The Super Eagles will face Ghana in Kumasi and Abuja respectfully and winner over both legs will seal qualification to Qatar 2022.
