Nigeria’s Emmanuel Dennis was sent off in Watford’s 3-0 defeat against Norwich City in the Premier League on Friday night.
Dennis who has scored eight goals for the Hornets has been far from his best recently and even struggling with injuries.
Emmanuel Dennis was already on caution when things got even worse for Watford as the Nigerian forward was sent off for a second bookable offense having caught Max Aarons (78).
The Nigeria striker has made 18 league appearances and has now failed score for Claudio Ranieri’s side since December 28.
Watford lost the game, no thanks to an Adam Idah deflected effort and a Josh Sargent double.
The result means Watford remains without a win since their shock 4-1 triumph over Manchester United in November 2021.
Watford has won two of 13 league games since Claudio Ranieri took charge, with this loss the seventh in eight matches.
The result moves Norwich out of the relegation zone for the first time this season on 16 points – two clear of Watford, who replace them in the bottom three, albeit having played two games fewer.
