Lobi stars coach Kabir Suleiman Dogo has urged referees, players and other stakeholders in the league to maintain the current standard of the 2020/201 NPFL season after five round of games played so far in the current campaign that looked like it wasn’t going to start about a month ago.
Dogo speaking in a chat with brila.net while taking a score card of the current campaign acknowledged the significant improvement in the season with smooth running of the opening five round of games without any major negative development that could have caused a hitch in the running of the league within the period under review.
He also stressed that referees should continue to ensure to they uphold the highest standard so as to produce genuine winners in the league.
“If you look at all the clubs and the commitment of the referee and other things, you will see that the league has really improved. And all the 20 clubs that are there, there is no push over so the standard is high and we jus implore the referees and the organizers and the LMC to try and mantain the standard of what they have started to the end so that we can get the true champion of the Nigeria League.”
