Nigeria women national basketball team player Sarah Ogoke has stated that she is really excited ahead of the D’Tigress camping for the fast approaching FIBA women Afrobasket title defence as the team open camping exercises for the tournament which begins in two weeks time.
Ogoke speaking in a chat with www.brila.net said she can’t wait to get underway with the team and hope to see the girls come once again with their A game hoping they get lucky and favoured by God to once again emerge as winners for a successful title defence.
“We’re excited camp is starting, we’re looking forward to a phenomenal preparation and we hope that by God grace everything will turn out well, that the team will have a phenomenal result and that we make you guys (Nigerians) proud in the women Afrobasket as the current champion of Africa.”
