President of the Nigeria Football Federation Amaju Pinnick has stated that Nigeria will not only qualify to play at the world cup in Russia 2018 but make significant impact at the tournament proper and has charged all players that will play a role to be up and doing in this regard.
Pinnick said in a chat with www.brila.net that Nigeria have a special grace which he believes will ensure the journey to be at the world cup becomes successful with four games left to play in the qualifiers.  He added that Nigeria is condemned as well to play at the Africa cup of nations in 2019 when Cameroon play host to the rest of Africa.
“Nigeria have a special grace just like I also have been enjoying, I believe Nigeria will not just only qualify but make an appreciable impacts at the world cup in Russia next year. We’re condemned to play at the world cup as well as the Africa cup of nations in Cameroon after missing out on back to back edition of the tournament. “
