Coach of Nigeria’s U17 National team Fatai Amoo has stated that his boys are fully focussed on the task of doing well at the fast-approaching CAF Africa U17 cup of nations coming weekend stressing that the team has been working hard in this regard.
Amoo speaking in a chat with brila.net disclosed that the response to information given in training has been good and he has continued to pass the message to the players on how tougher the task at the AFCON will be compared to the WAFU hence the need to also ensure they step up their performance at the tournament.
“The boys are working hard since we resume and they have been responding very well to the information we have been given them in terms of what we want to do over there knowing fully well that it’s a tougher assignment than the WAFU. They are not thinking of anything else other than this AFCON.”
